Based on the teachings of the mindfulness-based stress reduction program by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This online program is designed to improve work performance and reduce stress, and anxiety. Gain insight and learn the foundation of mindful living. Dates: Sept: 25, Oct: 2,10,16,30, Nov: 6, 13, 20th Purchase of course includes copies of recorded sessions if you miss a class.
