Andi D. RMT - at Joy Therapy Hamilton

Meet Andi D.

I’m Andi Davidson, RMT — a trauma-informed integrative body therapist, Cranial Sacral Therapy specialist, and meditation facilitator based in Hamilton, Ontario.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience, I support people navigating pain, stress, trauma, and the subtle imprints held in the nervous system through gentle, deeply listening care.

My work blends science and presence — combining clinical training in Cranial Sacral Therapy, medical acupuncture, and therapeutic bodywork with decades of meditation practice, Buddhist psychology, and somatic healing.

Many clients arrive feeling stuck — physically, emotionally, or energetically. In my care, they’re met with a calm, respectful approach that listens deeply to the body, the breath, and what hasn’t yet had words.

Alongside hands-on treatment, I offer Meditation Classes and Life Tools coaching to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and lasting inner steadiness.

How I Can Support You

  • Cranial Sacral Therapy, trauma-informed massage, and gentle somatic bodywork supporting concussion and ABI recovery, chronic pain, stress, and nervous system regulation

  • Meditation & Life Tools (online)
Weekly guided meditation, breathwork, neuroscience, and compassionate life tools to help calm the mind and soften self-criticism — join live or by recording from anywhere in Canada.

  • Programs & ongoing support
Small-group and one-to-one offerings for those ready to create deeper, more lasting change through embodied practice and mindful self-inquiry.

Many people come to this work feeling wired, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. You don’t need to have the right words — we start by listening to what your body and nervous system are already saying.

You don’t have to fix yourself to begin.
We start by slowing down, listening, and taking one gentle step at a time.

What Clients Say

After years of chronic pain and trying everything, I finally felt relief working with Andi. She sees the whole person—not just symptoms. Her calm, intuitive presence is unlike anyone I’ve worked with before.”

“Andi is a deeply skilled and intuitive practitioner. Her ability to hold space with such calm and care has helped me unwind long-held tension I didn’t even know I was carrying. Each session is a reset—not just for my body, but for my whole nervous system.”
— R.L. (Google review)

"Andi is immensely gifted and skilled at this work. I have been seeing her for cranial sacral therapy and somatic body work for a couple months and have begun to feel much better in my body already, as well as in my mental wellbeing. I’ve always viscerally hated being touched but Andi is helping me overcome this defensive state. She’s also helping me work on my flexibility both physical and emotional. I love the way that she integrates both body and mind, encouraging me to do the same on this wellness path she walks so gently and discerningly with me."
