Together, we explore meditation, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and compassionate self-awareness in ways that are accessible, grounded, and immediately applicable.

Drawing from the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, modern psychology, and over 30 years of personal practice, these classes offer practical tools for working with stress, anxiety, relationships, uncertainty, and the challenges of everyday life.

These classes are not about doing meditation "right." They are about learning how to relate to your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with greater ease, understanding, and self-compassion.
