Welcome to Joy Therapy
​I’m Andi Davidson, RMT—a trauma-informed integrative body therapist, Cranial Sacral Therapy specialist, and insight-based meditation facilitator based in Hamilton, Ontario. With over 30 years of hands-on experience and extensive training in both clinical and holistic modalities, I support people navigating pain, stress, trauma, and the subtle imprints held in the nervous system.

My work is grounded in science and guided by presence. I hold multiple certifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy (Upledger Institute), Medical Acupuncture (McMaster University), and have decades of training/experience in therapeutic manual therapies , Buddhist psychology, Vipassana meditation, and somatic healing.

Many clients arrive here feeling stuck—physically, emotionally, or energetically. They may be recovering from concussion, living with chronic pain, or holding long-standing tension their body hasn’t been able to release. In my care, they’re met with a therapeutic approach that listens deeply—to tissue, to breath, to the unspoken.

Alongside hands-on treatment, I offer Life Tools coaching and soul-guided support—practices that bridge nervous system regulation with emotional clarity, and healing with personal transformation. I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are, and helping them remember what’s already wise within them.

Joy Therapy is named for two reasons: Joy is my middle name, and also the essence I return to again and again. In the quiet space of healing, even after pain or trauma, joy has a way of resurfacing.
