Body-based healing doesn’t end when you step off the table. Sometimes what we need most is a skilled companion who can translate nervous-system wisdom into everyday choices, relationships, and self-talk. My mentoring sessions offer just that: a quiet, judgment-free space where we explore what’s unfolding in your body and heart, then shape practical “life tools” you can lean on between hands-on visits.

What a Mentoring Session Looks Like

  • 60 minutes on Zoom or in person—whichever feels safest for you

  • A short grounding practice to settle the nervous system

  • Gentle inquiry (IFS-inspired questions, somatic tracking, or reflective journaling)

  • Co-creating an at-home plan—breath cues, micro-movements, or mindset shifts

  • Email check-in within 48 hours to keep momentum and answer questions
