Cranial Sacral Therapy
Every body tells a story, and every healing journey is unique. As an integrative body therapist, my approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s deeply personal, just like you.
Yes, I’m a registered massage therapist, and my foundation in anatomy and physiology shapes how I assess the body. But my work goes far beyond traditional massage. Over the years, I’ve learned that true healing isn’t just about relieving muscle tension—it’s about listening, feeling, and understanding what your body is trying to say.
Through thousands of hours of hands-on experience, I’ve come to see that dis-ease—whether physical, emotional, or mental—is often a message from within, asking to be acknowledged. Our bodies hold everything we’ve been through, and when stress, trauma, or tension go unaddressed, they can manifest as discomfort, imbalance, and illness.
This is where my training in CranioSacral Therapy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed therapies makes all the difference. My sessions are about more than just relaxation—they’re about deep, meaningful release and reconnection. No matter what you’re carrying—pain, anxiety, trauma, or simply the weight of life—you’ll leave feeling lighter, more cantered, and with a clearer sense of direction.
Generally with CST you will remain clothed during a treatment and treatments generally are one hour long.

Effects:
After a cranioSacral therapy session, you may feel relaxed, relieved, or drowsy. It’s recommended to avoid strenuous activities for a day or two to allow your body to adjust. You might also experience the release of trapped emotions—this is a good time to be patient with yourself and tune into how you're feeling. If you feel worse afterward, such as feeling "spacey" or tired, it's normal. Give your body time to adjust to the changes.
Frequency:
It is recommend to receive a series of 10 weekly sessions
