Meditation & Yoga

Let me share with you my practice of more than 30 years, rooted in the teachings of Vipassana ( insight and mindfulness) Buddhist Meditation and Sivananda Classical Hatha Yoga.  Both of these two practices are an integral part of my  daily life and wellness. I offer weekly classes to my clients as way to support their journey and learn the skills and tools for an insightful and joy filled life.

Meditation: Mondays in person or virtual  7 PM

Yoga: Wednesdays in person 6: 45 PM
