Bodywork for Complex Trauma: A Path Back to Hope

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is supporting clients living with Complex PTSD, chronic pain, adverse childhood experiences, and attachment trauma. Many arrive feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by emotion, or burdened by pain that seems to have no clear source.
Through gentle, intuitive bodywork, we explore how trauma is held in the body—sometimes as tightness, numbness, fatigue, or pain. This work invites a slower pace, one that honors safety, trust, and the body’s natural wisdom. Sessions often begin with quiet listening—hand on the head, eyes closed—and unfold into a process of sensing, noticing, and releasing. As one client shared: "Andi's ability to immerse herself into the depth of my suffering made me feel seen, heard, and understood.”
Over time, I’ve witnessed clients shift from states of deep distress into moments of rest, clarity, and hope. Nervous systems that have been on high alert for years begin to soften. Breath deepens. Pain lessens. And most importantly, a sense of wholeness begins to return.
If you’re navigating complex trauma, know that healing is possible—and that your body can be an ally in that journey.
If this resonates with you—or someone you care about—I invite you to reach out. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or looking for deeper support, you're welcome here. You can book a session, schedule a free consultation, or simply connect with me to learn more.
